What Are Cookies?

These cookies are necessary for the website to function. Without them, pages cannot load or remember basic state. You cannot disable them through this page, though you can delete them through your browser settings (which may break some site functions).

- Session cookie — maintains basic session state while you browse. Deleted when you close your browser.
Analytics Cookies — optional
These cookies help us understand how visitors use the site — which pages are read most, how long people spend on them, and where they come from. The data is aggregated and anonymised. We use this to improve session descriptions and navigation.

- On iPhone/iPad: go to Settings > Safari > Privacy & Security.
Microsoft Edge
- Open Edge and click the three-dot menu (…) in the top right.
- Select Settings, then Cookies and site permissions.
- Click Manage and delete cookies and site data.
- Toggle Allow sites to save and read cookie data as preferred, or use See all cookies and site data to delete specific entries.
Mobile browsers: look for Privacy or Site Settings within your browser's main settings menu. The exact path varies by app and operating system version.
Your Rights
You may withdraw your consent to optional cookies at any time by returning to this page and updating your preferences, or by clearing cookies in your browser. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of any processing that took place before you withdrew it.
Turning off analytics or marketing cookies will not prevent you from using this website. It may, in time, mean that session descriptions are less well-suited to the way people actually navigate the site, but that is not a meaningful impact on your experience.
